Reservations:

To confirm the reservation, it will be necessary to pay a minimum of 50% of the total amount or the full amount, either by bank transfer (contact Captain David), credit card, or PayPal.

Star Charter Barcelona will confirm the reservation and send all the details. The remaining payment will be made one week before departure or up to 48 hours before.

The company reserves the right to request a deposit of €200 before departure. The deposit will be paid by card or in cash before boarding to the crew, and at the end of the activity, if everything is in order (condition of the boat, objects or furniture of the boat in the same condition as it was…), the crew will refund the deposit.

Cancellation by the customer:

In case of cancellation of a reservation by the customer, they will be entitled to a refund of the total amount of the departure, according to the indicated percentages:

• Cancellation before 30 days prior to the activity: 100% refund
• Cancellation between 15 and 29 days prior to the activity: 60% refund
• Cancellation between 3 and 14 days prior to the activity: 50% refund
• Cancellation between 0 and 48 hours prior to the activity: implies no refund of the amount paid.

Failure to show up on the day of departure does not entitle to a refund.

Cancellation due to weather conditions or other reasons:

The full amount of the departure will be refunded in case of adverse weather conditions for enjoying navigation and safety if it is not possible to change it for another date according to the customer’s agreement. Adverse weather conditions refer to heavy rain, hail, thunderstorm, very strong winds for navigation, sea conditions.

Cancellation in the middle of the activity by the captain, due to not complying with regulations or appropriate behavior to be on board the boat, as a ‘briefing’ must be signed before departure, does not entitle to a refund.
